After proposal approval, you complete a short onboarding form. We research your niche and prepare the monthly editorial plan at the beginning of the month.

We develop the design and copy together. The first version of each piece is shared at least 24 hours before publication.

You review each piece and we make the necessary revisions, with no predetermined limit, until everything is approved.

Do you manage our social media accounts?
We can schedule and publish approved content on Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Suite using authorized access—without asking for your login or password. Comments and direct messages remain with your team, preserving your voice and connection with your audience.
Do you create Reels?
Yes. We edit Reels using organized footage your business provides, such as clips from your routine, space, products, services, or team. We currently work remotely and do not provide on-site filming.
What if we do not have a visual style for social media?
When needed, we create a social media visual direction with colors, typography, and a consistent design style as part of the package. This does not include logo creation or a complete corporate identity.
Do you create content for paid ads?
We create both organic social content and creative assets for ads. We do not manage ad campaigns, media buying, or traffic.
How do you work with technical or sensitive industries?
We research the niche and develop clear content directions. For specialized or sensitive subjects—such as healthcare—the client provides or validates technical information before approval.
How do revisions work?
There is no predetermined revision limit. We refine each piece until it is approved, and the first version is presented at least 24 hours before its scheduled publication.
Can we request extra content during the month?
Yes. Either side can suggest additional content during the month. Any extra work is quoted and approved before production, then billed together with the plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No automatic subscription or long-term commitment is required. The monthly service remains agreed until either side ends it before the next cycle begins. If research, planning, or production for a new cycle has already started, that cycle is billed.
